Use this portal to submit a Remote Online Loan Signing assignment to Up North Solutions. This portal is intended for title companies, escrow companies, lenders, attorneys/law firms, mortgage professionals, signing services, and other authorized professional clients.

Submitting an assignment does not constitute acceptance. Up North Solutions will review the request and confirm availability, assignment terms, and scheduling.

This portal is not for general consumer Remote Online Notary appointments. If you need a single document notarized online, book a Remote Online Notary appointment.

Assignment submission

Each RON closing is submitted as its own assignment and receives its own Up North Solutions reference number. Do not combine unrelated borrowers, properties, or closings into one assignment, after submitting, use “Submit Another RON Assignment” and your company details carry over. Only the information needed to review, coordinate, and schedule the closing is collected; signer identity verification is completed through the remote online notarization platform.

Packages are stored in private encrypted storage under non-guessable paths and are accessible only to authenticated Up North Solutions staff. Staff can permanently delete a stored package after the closing is returned. Do not paste borrower Social Security numbers, identification images, or account numbers into the instruction fields.

Closing package upload

Secure closing-package upload is available inside the assignment form above. Attach the initial package now and add supplemental, corrected, or revised packages to the same assignment as they become available.

Files are stored in private encrypted storage with non-guessable paths and no public URLs.
Only authenticated Up North Solutions staff can open a package, through a short-lived secure link that expires in about two minutes and is recorded in the assignment history.
Every file type is verified server-side; PDF closing packages only.
Stored packages can be permanently deleted once the closing is returned.

What happens after you submit

Up North Solutions reviews the submitted assignment
We confirm availability, assignment terms, and fee
The closing package is received through the confirmed secure method
We create and configure the remote closing session
The signer receives a secure session invitation
The closing is conducted and documents are handled per your instructions

Fees are quoted per assignment and Up North Solutions invoices the hiring company directly according to the agreed assignment terms. Your company is never asked to purchase a notarization-platform subscription.
